Tenant Guidelines

Police verification is mandatory for all tenants.

Please submit the required documents for police verification through the MyGate app.

All tenancy agreements must be for a minimum period of 6 months.

A copy of the registered rental agreement must be submitted to the society office.

Any nuisance or disturbance caused by tenants will result in a warning, followed by eviction if the issue persists
