Guidelines for Interior Work 

Planning to renovate your flat? Please follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process for you and your neighbors. 

• Security will issue temporary ID Cards to all fit-out contractors and laborers.

• Entry will be given only to those with valid ID cards.

• Only authorized persons will be allowed to pass through security.

• Any person not on the approved contractor list will be denied access.

• After the work is complete, the apartment owner must inform the Property Manager in writing.
